La Mola és una muntanya del massís de Sant Llorenç del Munt, situat a la Serralada Prelitoral. Amb 1.103,25 m d'alçada, és el punt més elevat del massís i és el sostre comarcal del Vallès Occidental. Administrativament, el cim i gran part de la muntanya pertanyen al municipi de Matadepera, si bé alguns contraforts del vessant est són al terme municipal de Castellar del Vallès i alguns contraforts del vessant nord són al terme municipal de Sant Llorenç Savall.
