La Cambra dels Comuns del Regne Unit és la cambra baixa del Parlament del Regne Unit. El Parlament també comprèn el monarca i la cambra alta, la Cambra dels Lords; la Cambra dels Comuns és la part més important del Parlament. La Cambra dels Comuns s'elegeix democràticament. Consta de 646 membres parlamentaris que hom anomena "membre del Parlament" . Se'ls elegeix amb un escrutini uninominal majoritari d'una volta i ocupen el càrrec per una durada màxima de cinc anys, fins que el monarca dissolga el Parlament, arran de la petició del Primer ministre; tot i que generalment es dissol el Parlament al cap de quatre anys. Cada càrrec electe representa una circumscripció electoral . La immensa majoria dels ministres del Govern provenen de la Cambra dels Comuns.
