Al pati de Nossa Senhora de Lourdes o de Jesús Maria Josep , hi ha una capella que el fundador va dedicar a la Sagrada Família .
Posteriorment, la Germandat va manar col·locar allí la imatge de La nostra Senyora de Lourdes . Sobre la porta de la bella capella penja l' escut d'armes de Monsenyor D. Manuel de Vasconcelos Pereira, el seu constructor.
Davant d'aquesta capella hi ha la Font Sereia , que pren el seu nom del fet que presenta una escultura d'un tritó (no un sirè!) muntant un dofí.
