Patsch er en kommune med 1115 indbyggere i distriktet Innsbruck-Land i Tirol. Kommunen ligger i retskredsen Innsbruck. Patsch ligger på midtbjergterrassen ved indgangen til Wipptal, foden af Patscherkofel syd for Innsbruck. Til kommuneområdet hører, udover den gamle saltvej, landsbyen, områderne Kehr, Rinnerhöfe, Sillwerk, Ruggschrein, Ahren og stationen. Det højeste punkt i kommunen er Patscherkofel med 2246 m. I Ruggschrein var der tidligere en toldstation på den vigtige saltsvej fra Hall i Tirol til Matrei.
