Sint-Jorishof i Gent var i middelalderen hoffet for Sankt Georgs gilde, en gilde af krydsbueskytter. Det ligger overfor rådhuset, og ejendommen strakte sig i middelalderen helt til Belforten. Her stod den første klædehal. Gildet købte bygningen og opførte mellem 1469 og 1477 det nuværende gotiske gildeshus. I 1477 boede Maria af Burgund her. Det har i de følgende århundreder været relativt intakt. I 1909 blev bygningen ejet af byen Gent. Den blev første gang restaureret i 1911-1912 under ledelse af arkitekten Hendrik Geirnaert. Skulpturen af Sankt Georg på trapperne blev fremstillet af Geo Verbanck ved denne restaurering. I 2000 blev facaden restaureret igen. Bygningen danner en helhed med den tilstødende bygning, 'Hvide Moor' eller 'Store Moor'.
