Wingene er en by og kommune i den belgiske provins Westflandern. Kommunen har lidt over 14.000 indbyggere. Indbyggerne kaldes Wingenaars, og deres dialekt er Wingens, en variant af vestflamsk. Wingene er kendt for sit store antal svinebrug, foruden andre landbrugsaktiviteter. Også svinepesten bragte Wingene i 1990 i verdensnyhederne.
