Gingelom er en by og kommune i den belgiske provins Limburg. Kommunen har over 8000 indbyggere. Gingelom tilhører valgkredsen og den retlige kreds Sint-Truiden. Landsbyen hørte traditionelt under bispedømmet Liège og blev styret af biskoppens bord. De herregårdsretter blev i 1620 overført fra den liègeanske skifter Laurens van Dormael til det liègeanske Sankt Hans kanonikat, som allerede siden det 12. århundrede havde mange spredte ejendomme i Gingelom. I 1717 blev Bernard van Stieren herre, og fra 1758 var baronerne de Chokier herrer af Gingelom.
