Skipperskirken er en tidligere kirke i den til den østrullandske kommune Oudenaarde tilhørende sted Leupegem, beliggende på Armenlos 3.4 og 6. Oprindelsen til denne kirke går helt tilbage til det 11. århundrede. Til sidst opstod en tre-naves gotisk kirke fra midten af det 16. århundrede. Denne blev flere gange ødelagt og genopbygget i 1645 i renæssancestil på gamle fundamenter. I 1651 eller 1652 brændte kirken ned. I 1669 blev kirken brugt som hospital for den franske hær. Selvom kirken efterfølgende blev forsk beautifiret, som i 1713 da loftet blev stukket med Louis XIV dekorationer. Til sidst blev den sidste messe holdt i 1792, hvorefter kirken stadig blev brugt som opbevaringssted for kul.
