Sainte-Anne-hulerne ligger syd for Tilff langs vejen til Esneux, N633, beliggende ved Ourthe i den belgiske provins Liège. Lige uden for bygrænsen af Tilff ligger der til venstre på nordsiden af vejen fremragende klipper med parkeringspladser ved siden af. Ved den sydligste klippe fører en trappe op til blandt andet indgangen til hulen, som har en stålgitterlåge i en betonramme.
