Brasserie Inter-Pol er et belgisk bryggeri i Mont, en bydel af Houffalize i provinsen Luxembourg. Pol Ghekiere og hans ægtefælle Tine købte i 1999 et gammelt smedje, hvoraf den ældste del stammer fra 1710, og omdannede det til en Bed & Breakfast. Fem år senere begyndte Pol også som dansktalende guide i det nærliggende Brouwerij van Achouffe. Han begyndte at sætte sig ind i bryggeprocessen og eksperimentere i køkkenet. Bag gæstehuset i det originale smedje blev et nyt rum ombygget, bestående af to dele, et degustationslokale og et lille bryggeri med en bryggekapacitet på 70 liter pr. bryg. Fra 2010 blev bryggeriet officielt taget i brug, og siden da har der været brygget to faste øl, Zwarte Pol og Witte Pol.
