Middelheimmuseet er en skulpturpark på 30 hektar i delparken Middelheim i Nachtegalenparken ved Antwerpen.
Delparken Middelheim er kendt for sit skulpturpark, der er opstået fra 'Biennalen Middelheim', som blev afholdt i parken hvert andet år siden 1951. Efter tyve udgaver af denne skulpturudstilling besluttede man i 1989 at vælge en anden måde at supplere skulptursamlingen på. Skulpturhaven har formen af fire udstrakte bånd på begge sider af Middelheimlaan, som skærer parken i midten.
