Zogenaamd "'t Hoeveke". Tidligere gård beliggende i frugthaven. Hvidmalet facade på pilastre sokkel i otte fag og én etage under tag med rygning (tagsten, rygning vinkelret på gaden) mellem sidenedgange med murbindinger (fornyet). Fornyede rektangulære vinduer med skodder og grå granit undervinduer. To buede døre i grå og rødgrå teglstensramme. En tydeligt synlig bygningsfuge i bagfacaden indikerer to byggefaser, formodentlig senere tilføjelse af de sidste tre fag (andet hus). Desuden i bagfacaden lukket dør med vandliste.
