Riekend Rustpunkt (= Det mindste museum i Østflandern.)
Riekend Rustpunkt er et lille museum, unikt i Flandern, der belyser et helt ukendt og lidt studeret aspekt af historien: gødningstransport over vand fra byen til landet.
Under titlen ‘Fra byens lort til sandjord’ er der en permanent udstilling, dedikeret til bjørne- og gødningshandelen fra det 17. århundrede til et sted i 1930'erne. Byerne havde store affalds- og gødningsproblemer, og landet kunne godt bruge disse produkter til gødskning af landbrugsjorden. Overalt langs vandvejene opstod der også en travl handel mellem byen og landet.
