Kasteel Couthof er et slot nær stedet Proven, der tilhører den vestflamske kommune Poperinge, beliggende på Couthoflaan 31, 50.
Den kendte historie går tilbage til 1350, hvor familien Van Hoorn fik bygget et legehus. I 1743 kom ejendommen i besiddelse af familien Mazeman. I 1763 fik sønnen af køberen, Jean Francois de Sales de Mazeman, bygget den nuværende landejendom.
