Militärhospitalet Dronning Astrid er det i 1974 grundlagte hospital for de belgiske væbnede styrker. Det ligger på Rue Bruyn/Bruynstraat i kvarteret Dronning Astrid i Neder-Over-Heembeek i nordvest nær motorvejsringen.
Militærhospitalet Dronning Astrid er et stort og rummeligt hospital, der er specielt designet til militære katastrofer og nødsituationer. Meget brede gange giver plads til mange sårede og båre. Undersøgnings- og behandlingsrum er også store. I hverdagen fungerer institutionen som et normalt hospital.
