Denne fire søjler i parc des 7 heures tilhører oprindeligt kildebygningen fra begyndelsen af det 19. århundrede.
I 1815 er Spa en del af det Kongerige Nederlandene. Willem af Oranien, som sætter stor pris på byen, vil gøre det til det vigtigste kursted i Europa. Han lod en ny bygning opføre for at huse pouhon. Klassisk i stil, monumentet har 18 søjler. Denne bygning bliver revet ned i 1878. I parken ved 7 timer ser du stadig 4 søjler stå.
På frontonen kunne man læse: "Til minde om Pierre Le Grand". Siden da bærer vores pouhon navnet Pierre Le Grand.
