Müllrose er en amtsbunden by i Landkreis Oder-Spree i delstaten Brandenburg. Den er sæde for Amts Schlaubetal.
Müllrose ligger i den nordlige ende af Schlaubetal, en smeltevandsrende dannet under istiden. Byen ligger mellem den Lille og Store Müllroser Sø. Schlaube udmunder her i den Lille Müllroser Sø. Müllrose betragtes som "Porten til Schlaubetal" på grund af den nærliggende naturpark Schlaubetal med sine naturreservater, hvor der findes mange forskellige samt sjældne arter af flora og fauna.
