Üxheim er en lokale kommune i Vulkaneifel-distriktet i Rheinland-Pfalz. Den tilhører fælleskommunen Gerolstein. Bydelen Niederehe er anerkendt som en statsanerkendt ferieby.
Kommunen ligger i Hillesheimer kalkmulde i den vulkanske Vesteifel, en af tre delregioner, som Vulkaneifel opdeles i, ved delstatsgrænsen mellem Rheinland-Pfalz og Nordrhein-Westfalen. En stor del af kommunen drænes fra Ahbach til Ahr.
