Schönecken er en landsby i Westeifel i Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm i Rheinland-Pfalz og tilhører Prüm kommune. Schönecken er klassificeret som et grundcenter i henhold til den landsdækkende planlægning.
Schönecken ligger ved Nims på en højde af ca. 400 til 550 m over NHN. Mod nord og vest grænser Schönecker Schweiz op til byen, det største naturreservat i Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm. Her findes blandt andet sjældne insekter og orkidéarter, kalkfattige græsarealer og omfattende vandrestier. Schönecken ligger midt i Prümer Kalkmulde, et stort set uberørt karstlandskab.
