Fürstenberg er en kommune i Landkreis Holzminden, som ligger i den sydlige del af Niedersachsen. Kommunen ligger ved Weser-floden og på den vestlige kant af Solling i nærheden af Höxter og Holzminden. Fürstenberg er en statsligt anerkendt udflugtsted. Porcelænsfabrikken Fürstenberg, grundlagt i 1747, er den tredjeældste porcelænsfabrik, der stadig eksisterer i Tyskland.
