Brebach-Fechingen er en bydel i den saarländske hovedstad Saarbrücken og en del af bydistriktet Halberg. Indtil 31. december 1973 var Brebach-Fechingen en selvstændig kommune.
Indtil slutningen af 1958 var Brebach og Fechingen selvstændige kommuner. Med virkning fra 1. januar 1959 blev disse sammenlagt til en ny kommune under navnet Brebach-Fechingen. Som led i den saarländske område- og forvaltningsreform blev kommunen Brebach-Fechingen den 1. januar 1974 indlemmet i Saarbrücken. Den så opståede bydel "Brebach-Fechingen" opdeles i de tre distrikter Brebach, Neufechingen og Fechingen.
