Bad Harzburg [bat ˈhaɐ̯t͡s.buɐ̯k] er med 21.926 indbyggere den næststørste by i Landkreis Goslar. Den ligger på den nordlige kant af Harzen og er et anerkendt saltkursted. Byen er regionalt kendt for sit brede turisttilbud og den traditionsrige kurdrift, desuden havde den her en vigtig økonomisk akademi.
Bad Harzburg – tidligere kendt som Neustadt – opnåede i det 19. århundrede status som en verdenskurby, der gennem sin turistmæssige betydning som en af de første byer i Tyskland fik forbindelse til en statslig jernbane, og hvor den i forhold til andre kurbyer først kom i fokus for badeantisemitismen under Weimarrepublikken. I 1931 blev den antidemokratiske alliance Harzburger Front grundlagt her.
