Bad Honnef station er en stoppested på den højre Rhein-strækning i Bad Honnef, en by i Rhein-Sieg-Kreis i Nordrhein-Westfalen, Tyskland.
Den blev åbnet den 11. juli 1870 i forbindelse med forlængelsen af den højre rhein jernbanelinie fra Neuwied til Oberkassel under navnet Honnef. I forbindelse med idriftsættelsen af det elektroniske signalanlæg på den højre Rhein-strækning blev stationen i august 2014 omdannet til et stoppested med afbrydningspunkt. Den drives af DB Station&Service AG i prisgruppe 5.
