Berchtesgaden Hovedbanegård er endestation på jernbanelinjen Freilassing–Berchtesgaden i den bayerske by Berchtesgaden. Berchtesgaden er dermed den mindste kommune i Tyskland med en hovedbanegård. Banegården er med busforbindelser til alle kommuner det centrale trafikknudepunkt i Berchtesgadener Talkessel. Den tilhører jernbanekategori 5 hos DB Station&Service. Bygningen er i dag i privat eje.
Indtil 1938 var der en forbindelse videre over Marktschellenberg til Salzburger Lokalbahnhof. På denne fælleslinje kørte den bayerske Grüne Elektrische og den salzburgske Rote Elektrische grænseoverskridende. Inden for gåafstand fra hovedbanegården lå indtil 1965 med Königsseer Bahnhof udgangspunktet for Königsseebahn til Königssee.
