Det nye rådhus i byen Bocholt blev designet af arkitekten Gottfried Böhm, modtager af Pritzker-prisen. Den fredede bygning huser udover administrationen også byrådssalen, mødelokaler for de kommunale partier samt byteateret med ca. 700 sæder.
Siden 1997 har der i et mellemetage været et borgerkontor, desuden er en afdeling af Landkreis Borken placeret i rådhuset. Under den omfattende renovering og restaurering af rådhuset fra februar 2020 blev kontorerne midlertidigt placeret i andre bygninger i byområdet.
