Dannenberg Ost Station er en af to stationer i Dannenberg og klassificeres som kategori 7. Den har to perroner, men kun ét spor benyttes i planlagt trafik.
Efter at linjerne mellem Dannenberg, Lüchow, Uelzen og Wittenberge blev nedlagt, blev stationen nedbrudt. Så der er stadig begge perroner, men kun husperronen betjenes nu. Sporet ved siden af fører til lastestation. Bygningen blev i 2012 renoveret i fællesskab af Dannenberg kommune og de diakonale institutioner Wendland. JuniorBahnhof, en facilitet fra Lüchow-Dannenberg kirke, sælger billetter og driver en kiosk. Stationen er bemandet af en trafikleder.
