Fallward er en tidligere landsbywurt i landet Wursten, Cuxhaven kommune. Den er især kendt for det nærliggende og opkaldte oldengelske gravfelt ved Fallward.
Fallward ligger cirka 2 km syd for den kendte wurtbosættelse Feddersen Wierde på strandvolden ved Unterweser i Wesermarsch. Som de nærliggende wurt blev den grundlagt som en bosættelse i sletten og blev først bygget op til en wurtbakke gradvist ved havniveau stigningen i det 1./2. århundrede e.Kr. På grund af stigende stormfloder måtte også Fallward opgives igen i det 5. århundrede.
