Glashütte Wisthoff er en glashytte, der siden 1971 ligger i Ruhr-dalen i bydelen Horst i Essen. Den blev grundlagt i Steele. Som en del af Gerresheimer-gruppen betragtes den som det sandsynligvis ældste industrivirksomhed inden for det nuværende Essen.
Den 17. februar 1723 godkendte Friedrich Wilhelm I. oprettelsen af den kongeligt privilegerede glasfabrik i den dengang landlige kommune Königssteele, og den blev privilegeret i 1727. Da der allerede blev udvundet kul i Ruhr-dalen på dette tidspunkt, var glashytten en af de første i det vestlige Tyskland, der kunne producere ved hjælp af denne brændstofkilde. Det samt nærheden til Ruhr var blandt fordelene ved beliggenheden i det ellers struktursvage Steele.
