Villa Malta er en borglignende villa i Kølns bydel Rodenkirchen, som blev opført 1904/05. Den ligger på en bybilledeprægende position lige over for rhinoverfladen ved hovedvejen. Villaen er beskyttet som en kulturhistorisk bygning.
Villaen blev opført 1904/05 under navnet "Villa Angonia" for bygherren Eduard Steisel, dengang borgmester i Rondorf kommune, efter et design af arkitektfirmaet Gebrüder Schauppmeyer. Steisels kone Angonia, der kom fra Belgien, bidrog væsentligt til finansieringen af byggeri, hun var både årsag til navngivningen og den konkrete udformning af villaen. Oprindeligt havde denne en symbolsk voldgrav. Ved slutningen af året 1919 erhvervede fabrikanten Heinrich Rodenkirchen ejendommen fra Steisel.
