Stiftelsen Preußische Schlösser und Gärten Berlin-Brandenburg, kort SPSG, blev oprettet efter genforeningen af Tyskland ved statslig aftale den 23. august 1994 mellem delstaterne Berlin og Brandenburg som en stiftelse med offentligt ret. Aftalen trådte i kraft den 1. januar 1995. Stiftelsen er uafhængig af Stiftelsen Preußischer Kulturbesitz.
SPSG er en sammenslutning af de administrationer, der opstod ved opdelingen af Tyskland, som omfattede "De Statlige Slot og Haver Potsdam-Sanssouci" og "Administration af de Statlige Slot og Haver Berlin". Disse institutioner stammer fra den preussiske "Administration af de Statlige Slot og Haver", som blev grundlagt efter formuefordelingen mellem huset Hohenzollern og den preussiske stat den 1. april 1927 og blev opløst i 1945.
