Pohnshalligkoog, populært kaldet Pohns eller Pohnskoog, er den yngste beboede koog på halvøen Nordstrand. Den tilhører bydelen i Nordstrand kommune.
Pohnshallig, en tidligere Hallig, blev revet væk fra øen Alt-Nordstrand af Burchardiflut i 1634. Efter at tidligere beboede områder gradvist blev tilbageholdt i det 18. og 19. århundrede, og øen langsomt udvidede sig mod øst, blev Pohnshallig endelig dæmmet i 1924.
