Slusen Rodde er en sluse ved Dortmund-Ems-kanalen. Den ligger i Rodde, en bydel i Rheine i det nordlige Münsterland.
Slusen Rodde tilhører den såkaldte slusetrappe i Rheine. På denne cirka 29 kilometer lange kanalstrækning mellem slusen Bevergern og slusen Gleesen overvindes der en højdeforskel på knap 29 meter. På vandvejen fra Bevergern til Gleesen skal der passeres tre yderligere sluser: Altenrheine, Venhaus og Hesselte.
