Kalksøen er et indre vandløb i Landkreis Ostprignitz-Ruppin i den nordvestlige del af Brandenburg. Kalksøen er 1,4 km lang og cirka 700 m bred, og dens overfladeareal er 55 ha. Søen har ingen tilløb; den afvandes mod sydøst gennem Binenbach til Tornowsøen.
Søen er en del af naturskyddsområdet Ruppiner Schweiz og Ruppiner Seenrinne, som består af
Kalksøen, Tornowsøen, Zermützelsøen, Tetzensøen, Molchowsøen og Rhin. Søen strækker sig over cirka 40 kilometer mod syd til den øverste del af Rhinluch.
