Sieseby er en bydel i Thumby kommune i Rendsburg-Eckernförde distrikt i Schleswig-Holstein. Thumby kommune ligger i vest på Schwansen-halvøen lige ved Schlei. Kommunen omfatter landsbyerne Thumby, Sieseby, Börentwedt og Sensby samt godserne Bienebek, Staun, Marienhof, Guckelsby og Grünholz. Derudover er der andre bydele, der delvist kun består af enkeltgårde.
Byen Sieseby ligger direkte ved Schlei og har en færgeleje med nogle pladser og en slip-anlæg til at slippe små både. I sommermånederne bliver færgelejet betjent af den offentlige Schlei-søfart. Sieseby kan nås via K77, som afviger fra B 203.
