Totana er en kommune og by i Spanien, der tilhører Murcia-regionen. Beliggende i comarca Bajo Guadalentín er det hovedby i den samme retspleje. Det har 32.316 indbyggere.[1]
Ifølge de seneste undersøgelser[2] kan navnet Totana stamme fra Totanés, og dette fra Tutanesio,[3] det berømte visigotiske kloster beliggende nær "Toletum", hovedstaden i riget. Totanés er også en kommune i provinsen Toledo.
