El Bulli var en restaurant beliggende i Cala Montjoi, i den gerundense by Roses, som var åbent mellem 1962 og juli 2011, og blev internationalt kendt for det gastronomiske arbejde udført af de spanske kokke Ferran Adrià og Albert Adrià. Udmærket med fire stjerner af Michelin Guiden, blev det også betragtet som verdens bedste restaurant i årene 2002,[1]2006,[2]2007,[3] 2008,[4] og 2009[5] på listen "The S.Pellegrino The World's 50 Best Restaurants", udarbejdet af magasinet Restaurant.[6]
