Hører til det Iberiske System, men har en katalansk orientering, parallelt med kystlinjen og trukket ind i provinsen Castellón, mellem kommmunerne Alcalatén og Plana Alta.
Det er geografisk afgrænset af Barranc de la Valltorta mod nord, Coves-korridoren mod øst, Pla de l'Arc mod syd og den prælitoral korridor ved Albocàsser, hvor vandløbet Carbonera løber mod vest. Vi finder de højeste højder på 1.078 msnm og 951 meter ved Tossal de la Vila.
