El Trinquet de l'Abdet er den ældste trinquet i Valencia-regionen: det stammer fra 1772. Det ligger i Abdet, en landsby i Confrides, og der bevares en historisk variant af valenciansk pilota: la pilota grossa, en tradition som kun opretholdes i L'Abdet og trinquet i Parcent.
Bygget i 1772, var trinquet i l'Abdet ikke den eneste; der er også beviser for andre lignende i nærliggende befolkninger som Benimantell, Benimassot, Confrides, Castell de Guadalest, Murla og Tollos, men alle disse er forsvundet i mere eller mindre recent tid.
