Katedralen i Beauvais er den højeste gotiske katedral i verden (48 meter til hvælvingerne). Andre seværdigheder inkluderer den delvist romanske, delvist gotiske kirke Saint-Étienne med glasmosaikker, bispeslædet og tæppe-museet Galerie nationale de la tapisserie de Beauvais. Byen har tidligere været et vigtigt centrum for tæppevævning.
I Beauvais ligger den tredje lufthavn i Paris målt på passagertallene, lufthavnen Paris Beauvais Tillé.
