Oloron-Sainte-Marie er en sydfransk lilleby og en kommune med 10.594 indbyggere i departementet Pyrénées-Atlantiques i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Den er sæde for underpræfekturet i arrondissementet Oloron-Sainte-Marie, som består af tolv kantoner. Oloron-Sainte-Marie er hovedbyen i Béarn, en gammel fransk provins ved grænsen til Baskerlandet. Byen ligger ved Gave d'Oloron, som her dannes ved samløbet af Gave d’Aspe og Gave d’Ossau. Byen krydses af Via Tolosana, en af de fire historiske "veje for pilgrimme i Frankrig" til Santiago de Compostela. Den nærmeste større by er Pau. Klimaet er tempereret; regn falder fordelt over året.
