Neuf-Brisach (Brisach) er en fransk kommune med 1963 indbyggere i departementet Haut-Rhin i regionen Grand Est. Den er medlem af sammenslutningen Pays Rhin-Brisach.
Byen blev bygget i begyndelsen af det 18. århundrede af fæstningsbyggeren Prestre de Vauban sammen med sin ingeniørdirektør Jacques Tarade, som anlagde den som en planby i form af et oktagon med en central øvelsesplads, der i dag bruges som marked, og et gitterformet vejanlæg som idealformen for en fæstningsby. I byen fandtes der indkvartering til soldater og officerer, forsyningsfaciliteter, en kirke, huse til ikke-militære indbyggere af forskellige stænder samt en imponerende anordning af mure, grave og porte omkring byen.
