Den regionale naturpark Haut-Jura er en fransk regional naturpark beliggende i den sydvestlige del af Jura-bjergkæden i Frankrig, på den fransk-svenske grænse.
Parken blev oprettet den 10. februar 1986 og omfattede på det tidspunkt 37 byer. I 2005 er dette antal nu 113 byer med en samlet befolkning på 71.000 indbyggere. Parken dækker et areal på 165.000 hektar på tværs af tre franske afdelinger: Ain, Doubs og Jura.
