Cunliffe-Owen Aircraft var en britisk flyproducent fra Anden Verdenskrig. De var primært et reparations- og overhalingsværksted, men også et konstruktionsværksted for andre virksomheders designs, navnlig Supermarine Seafire. Selskabet påtog sig også kontraktarbejde for Luftministeriet, Lord Rootes, Shorts og Armstrong Siddeley til en værdi af 1,5 millioner £. Efter krigen begyndte selskabet dog at stå over for finansielle vanskeligheder, og i februar 1947 blev en anmodning til Midland Bank om at forlænge virksomhedens kassekredit afslået. I november samme år blev det nødvendigt at suspendere produktionen af Concordia-flyet – på hvilket alle virksomhedens fremtidige håb hvilede – og dens finansielle sammenbrud blev uundgåeligt.
