A22 er en vej i County Down i Nordirland. Dens rute begynder i Dundonald og løber til Comber, hvilket danner den vigtigste transportkorridor, der forbinder Belfast og Comber, en pendlerby beliggende 8 miles uden for byen. Efter at have omgået Comber by selv fortsætter ruten langs de østlige kyster af, om end ikke direkte tilstødende, Strangford Lough. Ruten passerer gennem Lisbane, Balloo og Killyleagh og afsluttes i Downpatrick.
