Foulksrath Slot er et 14. århundredes anglo-normannisk tårnhus beliggende i Jenkinstown i County Kilkenny, Irland.
Slottet er nært knyttet til både De Frene og Purcell familierne. Godset og den oprindelige befæstede og voldgraved bolig blev først bygget i 1349 og besat af De Frene familien, og det menes, at slottet får sit navn fra Fulco De Frene, som var i militærtjeneste hos Edward III og kæmpede i Slaget ved Crécy og under belejringen af Calais. I det tidlige 15. århundrede blev det nuværende slot bygget af Purcell familien, slægtninge til De Frene, efter at godset kom i deres besiddelse.
