Obelisco Agonale er en 16,55 meter høj romersk obelisk. Den hæver sig over Berninis Fire Strømme Fontaine i midten af Piazza Navona.
I en af inskriptionerne på basen af obelisken står der: OBELISCUM AB IMP ANT CARACALLA ROMAM ADVECTUM, som betyder, at obelisken, som Caracalla bragte til Rom, blev bragt fra ruinerne af Circus Castrensis til Piazza Navona. I virkeligheden stammer den oprindeligt fra templet for Isis under kejser Domitianus, som lå, hvor den nuværende kirke Santa Maria sopra Minerva befinder sig. Den blev sandsynligvis placeret af kejser Maxentius i begyndelsen af det 4. århundrede i Circus Maxentius ved Via Appia. Denne obelisk blev heller ikke, som inskriptionen hævder, bragt til Rom af Caracalla som krigsbytte fra Egypten, men blev specielt fremstillet til Isis-templet. På sin nuværende placering blev den i 1649 under pave Innocentius X's styre placeret, som i modsætning til traditionen ikke satte et kors på toppen af obelisken, men en due med en olivengren, familiens Pamphilj våbenskjold, blev anbragt. Den gamle familiepalads for Pamphilj ligger også på Piazza Navona ved siden af kirken Sant' Agnese in Agone.
