FCA Italy S.p.A., som også simpelthen omtales som Fiat og tidligere kendt som Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A., er det italienske datterselskab af den italiensk-amerikanske bilproducent Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, der er dedikeret til produktion og salg af personbiler og lette erhvervskøretøjer og har hovedkvarter i Torino, Italien.
I januar 1979 blev Fiat S.p.A.'s bilproduktionsaktiviteter udskilt til et nyt datterselskab, Fiat Auto S.p.A., som en del af en igangværende decentraliseringsproces inden for Fiat. Vittorio Ghidella blev udnævnt til administrerende direktør.
