Det Storehertugelige Palæ er den officielle residens for storhertugen af Luxembourg. Derudover bliver besøgene statsoverhoveder og ministre ofte indkvarteret her. Det ligger i hovedstaden Luxembourg-by.
Da den Første Franske Republik grundlagde Woudendepartementet, blev Luxembourg dens hovedstad. Det Storehertugelige Palæ blev fra det tidspunkt brugt som præfektur.
