Differdange Slot, som ligger på en bakke i centrum af Differdange i det sydlige Luxembourg, blev bygget i 1577, selvom et tidligere befæstet slot i Differdange stammer fra omkring 1310. Dagens boligslot bruges af Miami University.
Den første herre af Differdange Slot var Wilhelm, bror til herren af Soleuvre, som nævnes i dokumenter fra 1310, da han ejede et befæstet slot. Dog varede herrerne af Differdange kun indtil Wilhelm's barnebarns død omkring år 1400. Da Soleuvre Slot brændte ned i 1552, besluttede ejeren Anna von Insenburg ikke at reparere det, men at bygge et renæssancestil boligs slot i Differdange, der skulle tjene både Soleuvre og Differdange.
