Stadskanaal er en beboetning i kommunen Stadskanaal i den hollandske provins Groningen. Anno 2021 har det 18.985 indbyggere og hører dermed til de største steder i provinsen. Sammen med det over provinsgrænsen liggende Nieuw-Buinen danner det et dobbeltcentrum med lige knap 24.000 indbyggere. Stedet opstod som en moskoloni og er vokset til at være et regionalt centrum, der er den tredje købmandsby i provinsen med 75.142 m2 butiksgulvareal.
